Virtual Dawn works with a variety of clients in a variety of different capacities. While most prefer to hand off the projects and administrative work to be done, some prefer to take a more hands-on approach and learn how to do these projects themselves.
Virtual Dawn offers the following training and instruction for our clients and their employees:
- Microsoft Office: Maximizing your productivity with Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- LinkedIn: Building your profile, finding connections, updating your status, connecting your LinkedIn account to Twitter
- Sage ACT!: navigating through screens and tabs, importing/exporting your database information, creating mail merges, grouping your contact, organizing your database
Virtual Dawn uses additional productivity and administrative software. Additional training and instruction programs are added regularly. If you need training on administrative or marketing software not listed, just ask. If I can’t handle your request I can most likely refer you to someone who can help.
